Jim, I just wanted to let you know that I am impressed with your products. I now have
two of your heavy-duty units and one medium duty slide back, and all have exceeded my
expectations. The quality and ease of operations are everything and more than I
expected. You and your staff have been very helpful and I hope to continue our
relationship for many years. I had been looking for an alternative towing equipment
manufacture for a couple of years. I am thankful that we met last year at the Florida
Tow Show. After talking to you and touring your facility in Charlotte, I left there
impressed. I was even more impressed after taking delivery of the Cyclone 80 rotator.
This wrecker has it all, and the ease of operation is mind-boggling. Also the Titan 25 is
just what we needed. Here in Illinois we are held to the 34,000 pound drive axle weights
just as the truckers, and I have been able to scale every truck that I have so far to date.
In the past 13 years I have owned three 3025 Vulcan’s, one V90 Vulcan, and one Century
5030-T35. I have had better experience and fewer problems with your equipment. Keep
up the good work.
